Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email addresses from waitlist signups or account creation
• Memory Data: Notes, documents, and conversations you store in PYXE
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team and feedback you provide

Google Workspace Data

When you connect your Google account, we access data from Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive. For full details on what Google data we access and how we handle it, see the Google User Data section below.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our features and session duration
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Log Data: IP addresses, access times, and pages viewed

Google User Data

PYXE integrates with Google Workspace services to provide its core functionality. This section describes how we handle data received from Google APIs, in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

What Google data we access

• Google Calendar — We read your calendar events (titles, times, attendees, locations) across your connected Google accounts to provide schedule summaries, conflict detection, meeting preparation, and calendar management. With your permission, we create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf.
• Gmail — We read your email metadata (sender, subject, date) and message content to provide email triage, importance detection, and communication management. With your permission, we send, archive, trash, and label emails on your behalf.
• Google Drive — We search and read files in your Google Drive to provide document retrieval and context for your work. With your permission, we create Google Docs and Sheets on your behalf.

How we use Google data

We use data received from Google APIs solely to provide and improve PYXE's user-facing features, including: schedule management, email triage and summaries, meeting preparation, task creation from email content, daily briefings, and voice-based assistant interactions. We store relevant information in your personal memory system so that PYXE can recall context across conversations.

How we protect Google data

All data received from Google APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Access to Google data is restricted to authenticated sessions tied to your account.

What we do NOT do with Google data

PYXE's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not:

• Sell Google user data to third parties
• Use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
• Use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
• Use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models unrelated to providing PYXE's user-facing features
• Transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing PYXE's core functionality
• Allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (investigating abuse), (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized

Data sharing

We share Google user data only with the following categories of service providers, solely for the purpose of operating PYXE:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and data storage)
• AI model providers (Anthropic, Google) for processing your requests — data is sent via API and is not used by these providers for training per their API terms of service

We do not share Google user data with data brokers, information resellers, or any other third parties.

Data retention and deletion

• Calendar and email data is processed in real-time and not stored beyond what is necessary for your memory system and conversation history
• Memory entries derived from Google data are retained until you request deletion or for a maximum of 2 years from last access
• You may request deletion of all your data, including data derived from Google services, by contacting us at privacy@pyxe.ai
• Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days
• You can revoke PYXE's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Manage your account
• Send you service updates
• Respond to your inquiries
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our service
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Memory data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use PostgreSQL databases on secure cloud infrastructure with regular backups and monitoring.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform
• Law enforcement when required by law
• Third parties in the event of a business transfer

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
